College of Charleston Berry Hall Renovation

The Citadel Columbarium

CEMS provided civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering for the renovation of the The Citadel Columbarium.  The renovation included an additional floor, elevator, organ, spiral stair case, handicap ramp, specialized lighting, and new HVAC.  The Columbarium is housed in The Thomas Dry Howie Memorial Carillon and is reserved for Citadel alums, spouses and family members.

TBC Distribution Foreign Trade Zone

CEMS performed enhanced commissioning on this 1.1 million SF Distribution Center located in Summerville, SC. This was based on LEED 3.0, which included performing a design review of the construction drawings and specifications. Building 654 Renovation
