The new CEMS provided architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, structural, and fire protection design services for the renovation of BEQ G526 (46,743 SF). Renovations included new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, lighting systems, exterior & interior improvements, and Fire Protection. Renovations focused of maximizing energy efficiency. In addition, CEMS has provided AE Design Services on over 20 BEQ renovations in the last 5 years.
