CEMS provided full A-E design for this multi-phase 25,000 SF renovation and seismic rehabilitation of an existing 1960s Navy BEQ into a training and office building. The work consisted of demolition and removal of the building’s interiors and new construction of new entrances and site work. The building will contain stand-alone offices, cubicle type office space, two classrooms (one sized for 48-person; the other sized for 24-person, with a partition wall separating the two allowing for use as a 72-person classroom) and a Conference Room.
