Terracon Consultants Office Building

CEMS provided mechanical and electrical design services for this 35,000 SF office building, which was originally the base post office (circa 1942) for the Charleston Navy Base.  Terracon moved their regional corporate office into this space. Multi-Purpose Machine Gun Range

CEMS performed all engineering services necessary for this 2 phase, LEED Silver project. Phase 1 – Prepared all plans and specs, including supporting design analysis, cost estimates, etc., as defined by the DD Form 1391 and code 3 effort.  CEMS also conducted all charrettes. FLETC Renovation
