CEMS provided project management, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and interior design services for the renovation of an 8,000 SF office space on the 4th floor at the R.L. Timberlake Jr. Federal Building. A portion of the 4th floor (4,000 SF) was converted into a workspace for a GSA client which required features meeting the standards for a secured facility.
