A ten building living complex providing a 3-story, 6-unit condominiums. The structure was wood frame over a slab and stem wall design for IBC wind and seismic loading for the location of project. Each unit was identical in layout and function. Building fire protection was provided via fire protection sprinkler system. CEMS provided all plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, sprinkler and Structural design services for permitting and construction requirements. Construction Phase services were provided by CEMS
