The Roper Berkeley Medical Complex was designed and constructed in phases.

Phase I – A new $3.5 million, 15,000 SF emergency care facility houses a comprehensive range of outpatient services, including: emergency care, medical laboratories, radiology services, physical therapy, cardiology, and wellness program, along with an adjoining 10,000 SF medical office building.

Phase II – A 10,000 SF addition, connecting the mall to the existing medical office building. All systems were designed to provide for future expansions.

Phase III – A 7,000 SF addition to the existing medical office building to provide an Ambulatory Surgery Center with emergency power capabilities.

Phase IV – Renovation of 1,200 SF existing area to provide expanded laboratory facilities.
